We have not had the pleasure of meeting but I wanted to pass
along my compliments about your team at Domes. In particular, I would
like to acknowledge John Elliott. I met John about a month ago on an
impulse visit to your store. I was doing some preliminary home theatre
research and decided to stop in doing errands one day. I met John upon my
visit and he spent about an hour with me giving me an education about the in
and outs of home theatres and universal remotes. We scheduled a home
visit to my house for John to review our needs and current set-up.John did a great job of coming up with a solution for our
home that met our needs as well as staying within a budget. At no time
did I ever feel pressure from John in making any decisions. John was
great about presenting us options and explaining the trade-offs in the options.I am pleased to report that our new home theatre system was
installed last week on schedule. The install team of Henry, Brandon and
Mike were extremely professional and knew their stuff. Henry really went
out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied before he left.We still have a small punch list of items that need to be worked but I believe we are going to get those done this week. You know this better than I do but it is your personnel that will bring customers back to your store. You can sell great products but if you do not have the customer focused personnel working for you, you would not stay in business. As you have been in business for over 31 years, you are obviously already well aware. Again, my thanks to Domes and the team. Happy Holidays.

Eric, It’s complete except some programming of the remote. I had
a little time left last night to listen to portions of 2 CD’s and a little of XM radio on Direct TV. Wow, what a rich, warm, wonderful sound. It really fills the room up compared to what I had and the clarity and detail are amazing. Can’t wait to get home and play with it. Thanks again.– Joe
Dave, All I wanted was a DVR…..I thought. Then Charlie and I stopped by Domes to see about an HDTV and through you, our life opened up to the 21st century. Who knew there was such good stuff out there in audio/visual land? With your patient guidance, we now have the HDTV set up of our dreams and a fabulous new sound system for both the TV and music. When I found out you could install a home security system for us, that was just the icing on the cake. Now we actually KNOW who we are ignoring at the front door while watching football in HD. Charlie and I thank you for your hours of dedicated help to us and we thank the best install crew in all of Hampton Roads.
