Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the COVID-19 virus. During these unprecedented times, the team at DomesAV values the safety of our clients, team members, and community. While schools and some businesses have closed we are spending more time at home and depending on our music, home theaters and media systems for entertainment. We understand the importance for optimum performance of your electronic systems for you and your family. As we’ve done for 40 years, we remain available to service you in-home or remotely, as applicable. Our showroom will remain open during normal business hours until further notice.
We have spent the last several weeks learning about COVID-19 to enable us to make necessary adjustments to our work and operations. DOMESAV is closely following guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), local governments, and public health agencies on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. With that in mind, we have intensified our design center cleaning and sanitizing. We are following distancing and population protocols. Our employees have been educated on the importance of proper hand washing, and our technical staff has been equipped with sanitizer and instructed on its proper use prior to entering and departing all locations. Additionally, all employees have been informed to stay home if they feel sick. We offer sick pay for our employees to encourage this healthy behavior. Employees have also been given the ability to work remotely to care for now at-home children.
We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone’s safety in mind. We know that many of you have scheduled in-home consultations, deliveries, installations, or repairs with us. We are continuing these services, as long as it is safe to do so, and we will be making calls to confirm your appointment prior to our scheduled visit.
