1. Discovery Process:
Your smart home’s new construction starts with a one-on-one consultation where we discern your needs and preferences. We learn about your lifestyle, habits, budget, or space restraints to design an entirely custom system. As home automation designers, it’s our job to learn as much as we can to tailor the experience to you.
2. System Design:
After gathering information from the initial discovery meetings, the next step involves designing a system tailored to your priorities and budget constraints. This proposal provides a high-level overview of the subsystems for each room, detailing the expected features and functionality of lighting, audio, video, and networking. We’ll verify your approval and incorporate your feedback before proceeding to the next step.
3. Automation Engineering:
Once you’ve approved the initial proposal, we employ state-of-the-art Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology and project drawings to produce comprehensive documentation for our technicians to follow. This includes hardware models, labor needs, low-voltage wiring, lighting load specifications, engineering schematics, and rack elevations. Adhering to these plans guarantees that the final project aligns with your approved design.
